What Does The Forum Include?

  • 5 Two-Day High-Impact Live Gatherings around the country. You will experience first-hand the impact other 100X Forum members and alumni are having. 
  • One-on-One Monthly Coaching with Lloyd Reeb, focused on implementing the well-designed personal roadmap you develop during the five gatherings. 
  • 4 Coaching Sessions for Your Spouse (optional) 
  • Proven Curriculum refined over the last 25+ years at the Halftime Institute. Introductions to other high-capacity leaders in the Halftime network who share your interests and are living out their purpose.

Build a foundation of authenticity and confidentiality with your Forum as you systematically clarify your personal mission.

Platform Forum:

Refine and design the best platform for you to make a 100X impact. Personally interact with peers who are further down the road and are making a leveraged impact using various types of platforms, often including creative ways to use your current business platform.

People Forum:

Discover how to cherish and nurture your family more deeply while pursuing 100X impact. Build a dream team that will help you turn your vision into reality, making a long-term impact.

Posterity and Philanthropy Forum:

Posterity and Philanthropy Forum: Refine your vision for what you want to leave behind.  Present and enhance your family philanthropy strategy with peer feedback. Spouses are encouraged to participate in this forum. 

Persistence Forum:

Deep dive into what it will take for you to finish well. Explore the five key factors and how to intentionally embed them into your life rhythm.

What Is The Time Commitment?

15-month program designed to be doable. Designed for high-capacity leaders to fit busy schedules. 

Many members say it equates to a round of golf. Aside from monthly coaching sessions and quarterly in-person gatherings, expect to spend 4-6 hours per month on self-paced coursework.

2024 Program Tuition & 1 Year Coaching

$50,000 

100X Forum suggested donation of $50,000 is partially tax-deductible as a charitable contribution ($35,000) to the Halftime 100x Forum.

Qualification Criteria

  • A courageous leader, committed to growing in wisdom and relationships, while maximizing it all to make an impact and leave a legacy.
  • $50M personal net worth OR $1M annual giving.
  • Current/Former highest-ranking officer in your business (CEO/GM/Chair).
