Emerging Leaders Roundtable

Pilots have to be good at three things: aviating, navigating, and communicating.  Many young leaders are good at aviating (performing, achieving, etc), but the Emerging Leaders Roundtable will give you the necessary skills and framework to navigate and communicate well!

Some talented young leaders dream of their lives being the soil that Jesus spoke of that produced 100-fold. And yet their current calendar is packed with work pressures, family activities, the odd date night, and church.  It’s hard to find time to work on their life much less gain insights from mentors and peers. It begs the question, where is all this busyness really taking me? 

This seven-session peer group will provide you with the process, perspective and people around you to build a roadmap for your next season, with a long-term view to the life God has prepared for you (Eph 2:10). We will tackle foundational issues like work, money, kids, marriage and faith but all of that in light of your long-term desired results.
