100x Personal Board Forum

The 100x Personal Board Forum provides the mutual benefits of a confidential board but with the added element that each of the members is deeply familiar with the journey from success to significance and the language of the 100x Forum. Each member understands the Roadmap and its role in helping you focus on your specific action areas and desired results. This program is available to all graduates of the 100x Forum.

    • What does the Forum include?

    • The Forum will meet four times over the year, for two hours, on zoom. The facilitator will be a seasoned CEO who himself has been through the process and who has been trained to guide this conversation. New and deeper content will help you shape your plan in the years following your first- year experience. 
    • Each session will open with a short devotional relevant to your 100x Journey, several minutes interacting around new teaching content, followed by a deep dive into your roadmap. 

    What does a 100x Personal Board meeting look like?

    • You will have 15 minutes to take your Board through your roadmap. Then, beginning with your mission, your metrics, and how you and your spouse (if married) are aligning around their desires, take them across the top of your Roadmap. Ask for input and explain what is most clear and what is still not clear.
    • Move to your five action areas and if you would consider them green light (going along well), yellow light (slow progress) or red light (stuck). For those that are green, please share what has helped you make progress and your next focus, for yellow ask them for help around what is slowing you down, and for the red, do you still feel this is an important action area and if so, what are the items impeding progress?

    What do I need to do to prepare?

    • In preparation for the first meeting, you will need to update your Roadmap and be prepared to share it on the screen as you present it to the group. Prior to the first meeting, we will share your bio with the other forum members so that they have a general background. However, you will be asked to share a little more color about your life today.

    100x Sage Stage™ Forum

    Throughout history great leaders have transitioned in life from warrior to king to sage. Many who have excelled in organizational leadership roles desire to continue to make a leveraged impact for the Lord rather than squander their experience, expertise, perspective and network. In some cases, this may involve mentoring, consulting or board roles that don’t require the same intensity. This year-long program and the accompanying readings are designed primarily for leaders who have clarity in their desire to be a sage but would benefit from a deeper dive into best practices. We believe this experience will not only enhance your contribution in ministry but within your family as well. This program is available to all graduates of the 100x Forum.

    What does the Sage Stage™ include?

    • One in-person meeting and three virtual meetings over the year, including experts in this important topic
    • Led by Chris Crane, CEO and social entrepreneur, you join a group of 100x peers who want to grow in their expertise to bring sage wisdom in a winsome way into their second half calling, as well as to their own family and community.

    The fee of $10,000.00 is mostly tax deductible

    100x Flourishing Family Forum

    This option allows you to focus your second year on your own family’s needs and opportunities, led by four seasoned advisors to build a Family Stewardship Plan. The focus is to help your family flourish in the spiritual, relational, human, social and financial capital in a way that transforms lives for generations to come. This combines several virtual meetings, as well as one in-person family meeting led by the founding partners of Flourishing Families. This program is available to all graduates of the 100x Forum.

    The fee of $25,000.00 is mostly tax deductible
